Terms of Service

1. Services
Azraa Digital Ltd provides digital marketing services including SEO, paid media management, analytics, conversion rate optimisation, and digital strategy. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are defined in a separate proposal or service agreement.
2. Payment
Invoices are issued monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
3. Account ownership
All advertising accounts, analytics properties, and creative assets created or managed on your behalf remain your property. You will maintain admin access to all accounts at all times throughout the engagement.
4. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the engagement, including business data, campaign performance, and strategic plans.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice after the initial commitment period defined in the service agreement. All outstanding invoices become due immediately upon termination.
6. Limitation of liability
Azraa Digital's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 30 days preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from our services.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Auckland, New Zealand.
